Cette troupe a été à l'origine organisée par le mystérieux,Libra,
qui a la conclusion de leurs premier cas est devenu UN avec l’univers
(JLofA #111)., Poison Ivy a vite reformé le groupe avec
5 autres membres (Captain Boomerang, I.Q., Ocean Master, Plant
Master, Shark) mais ce fut un échec. (JLA 80-Page #2) L’équipe
originale (Chronos, Mirror Master, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow & Shadow
Thief) sont revenus 2 fois sous le nom de l’injustice gang. Ils
se sont fait battre par la JLA quand il n’étaient qu’ensemble (JLofA
#143), mais aussi quand ils étaient sous les ordres de Abra Kadabra
(JLofA #158).
Puis ce nom ne fut pas réutilisé jusqu'à ce que Lex
Luthor forme sa propre réponse au 7 "big guns." (JLA
#10-15)
Allié a Queen Bee, Prometheus et the
General, et aidé par la menace Mageddon, Luthor et son injustice
gang a faillit battre la JLA qui, grâce a l’aide
du dernier survivant de Wonderworld, Glimmer, a transformé temporairement
chaque terrien en super héros. (JLA #36-41)
